Refund Policy

* Original receipt must be present at time of return or exchange
* Full refund available on unopened items within 7 days of purchase
* Original Packaging must accompany all returns
* 15% restocking fees on ALL opened merchandise unless defective where a replacement will be given
* NO refunds will be given on labor
* NO refunds on special orders, processors, cases, power supply, printers & software
* The following defective items are EXCHANGE only within 30 days of purchase:

2. Computer Components (motherboards, hard drives, CD-ROM)

4. Cases
